1. Our home is well maintained and treated periodically for pests and insects. However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as we have a pest control service). If you happen to see a bug just let us know, we can schedule our pest control for a visit. While we don't foresee this being an issue during your stay, we do back up to a lot of green space and wanted to mention it.
