Our Policies:

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

NO PETS ON FURNITURE: We know you love your animals, but we kindly ask that you keep them off of our furniture as it can leave a smell, stains and hair that is hard to remove.

GO EASY ON OUR NEIGHBORS: When using the private patio deck, please be considerate of our neighbors. They're really nice and we'd like to keep them! Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am

KEEP OUTSIDE SMOKING TO A MINIMUM: We have neighbors and want to always be mindful of keeping smoking to a minimum to prevent unpleasant odors from going into their property. We ask that if possible, you do not smoke outside, or keep it to a minimum- avoiding chain smoking.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as we have a pest control service). If you happen to see a bug just let us know, we can schedule our pest control for a visit. While we don't foresee this being an issue during your stay, we do back up to a lot of green space and wanted to mention it.
